mu baby girl is 3 months old ...her poop is green in colour nd white white small substance is there nd sometimes it was in yellow colur why it happens ..my baby have bottel feeding only...

As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine, showing no discomfort symptoms like blood or foul smell in the stools or crankiness then nothing to worry. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Burp the baby after every feed. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
