ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, you should continue with exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. Any other food should be given only after 6 months because baby’s digestive system is not mature till 6 months.

Giovanna John PaulMom of a 3 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Dear parent, If your baby is peeing minimum 7 times per day, active and gaining normal weight you don't have to worry about it. But these are not going well please consult the pediatrician and go for a proper examination
