Motion is not going , because of that am not able to breathe iam caring 5month.

A. Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many where the most important causative factor is decrease intake of fiber rich diet along with lesser fluid intake. some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition. Here the diet modification should be tried first so encourage fibre diet give fruits and vegetable . tAvoid excess of cows or buffalo milk and maida containing food . Megdications like lactulose , milk of magnesia and Peg (muout ) powderare used . In emergency situation soap water with finger stimulation in rectal area and glycerine suppository can be tried .

A. Everyone knows prunes are good for digestive health, but eating several prunes can feel a lot like taking medicine. Consider adding pureed or baby prunes to various dishes such as oatmeal. Mix things up by adding other high-fiber dried fruits such as apricots and raisins. Dried figs are another great option.
