A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and she is having a fever then you should give her frequent breast feeding and syrup paracetamol 1 ml at every 6/8 hours

A. the baby is 3 months of age if the baby is having fever if you give any syrup to the baby within one hour the fever staff starts coming down by two to three hours it will be normal

A. 3 months to 6 months: 2.5ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times per day. 6 months to 24 months: 5ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day. 2 years to 4 years: 7.5ml of infant paracetamol suspension, given up to four times a day.
