#Motherhood#AskTheExpert my 45 days baby has vaccine today and now she is having swelling on thigh and she is crying a lot. plz tell me how to get rid of swelling and can I give paracetamol ip 125 to my baby. no fever only swelling

A. you can give paracetamol to your baby three times a day healthy were resolved when and if required you can talk to your doctor for further suggestions regarding this to clear your doubts in proper details till then maintain good hygiene which always helps.
