Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is quite natural that certain body parts like in neck elbows and knees will be having extra skin there will be looking little bit darker sometimes it can be because of tanning of the skin also

It’s Dirt that has been accumulated into that area which is why it is looking black to you so whenever you giving a bath to the child just apply soap you can use a soft loofah to clean that area and with that slowly gradually the dirt will come off and the skin will look better
