Yeah of course it’s one of the best laxatives that you can take it for yourself there is no problem in that case but Ma’am on the other hand I would recommend you to have plenty of fibres and fluids and apply some castor oil in your navel before you go to sleep that will actually be helpful in controlling your constipation
