mother milk feeding slow other food anything this stage??

A. dear parent, you should not give any other food to eat to your 4 months old baby. you can exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. breast milk is most nutritious, safe and complete food for baby till 6 months. if baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient.
