A. hello dear as a breastfeeding mother have turmeric milk Amla lemon water green leafy vegetable all seasonal fruits do not stay empty stomach for long also give three proper healthy means the day to the child include healthy liquids in the diet of the child as a breastfeeding mother continue breastfeeding the little one
