Morning sir, my twin baby's present 39days old. born with 1.6 and 1.7kg. doctor advised lactodex plus for milk feed for premature 2.5kg below. and present their weight 2.5 and 2.6kg. can we change the milk powder or same use. please suggest

A. Hello father doctor who had suggested the same would be the ideal person to guide you though as he is been monitoring. But now that the babies have almost gaining weight would recommend to continue for some time and then switch over
