monday I slipped and fell down a little but nothing happened,that day my baby's movement was ok but from yesterday I'm not feeling movements like previous is it serious ??? should I visit my doctor

Mam you are saying the movements are not felt as it was previous right but you are feeling movement so it’s not an issue but how you had fallen down on the butt on the tummy what was the situation without knowing all these things I cannot give you an advice to just to be on the safer side since it is a matter of a baby and you you should get an ultrasound done
