Moms, main apne baby ko iron-rich cereals introduce karna chahti hoon. Kya Slurrp Farm options mein high iron content hota hai?

A. You gave to check the ingredients abd from diet also you can give good iron to the baby like soaked raisins or fig or one date per day abd include Vitamin C rich fruits fir better iron absorption

A. Hai good morning !! Fruits,vegatables,leafy greens,dry fruits,meat,egg are good source of iron Yes ofcourse cereals ,millets contains good iron content. You can add cereals with milk cereal,millet based breakfast or dinner. Ragi,jowar,bajra/multi grain roti,dosa ,idly,kichdi,porridge .... as a meal option . Additionally add fruit,vegetables daily,leafy greens ,egg/fish weekly 3-4 days for meeting required nutrition.
