A. Hai good evening !! For increasing breast milk production have lactating foods - rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds,garlic,garlic milk,milk and diary products,mutton kheema. Also have more water,give frequent feeds the more baby latches the more milk produces.
