Q.

mmy 11 month child unable to sleep properly seems restless ..changes sides again and again n cry . what to do

A. there are number of reasons of excessive crying in children because it can be either due to some type of colic pain or digestion problem or due to some type of nasal blockage abdominal pain or any body pain so if it is not improving meet your doctor and fgor pain you can give one dosage of paracetamol. if it appears to be colic pain you can give anti colic medicine and if it is due to nasal blockage you can give nasal saline fdrops. many times changing the environment of the child helps as well as diverting the child helps.

A. This is quite normal in the baby so do not worry baby is used to do that but soon they fix a routine just make sure his tummy should full before sleeping make him wear comfortable clothes room temperature should be normal not so hot not so cold room light should be dim try to give your child massage with warm oil for that his body can relax and he can sleep in one stretch also Sing lullabies check his diaper
