Q.

Mixture of cumin+fennel seeds + मिश्री grinders is good for milk production during this hot summer? Any side effect on me as well as baby?

A. Not giving to baby . I am taking it . Baby is 5 month old

A. Baby should not be introduced to salt and sugar before one year age. Their kidneys are still developing. so mishri is not good before 1 year
