Q.

Mine is normal delivery. Still, I am suffering from back pain and a few points on my left hand, like wrist and 4 fingers above that I am feeling pain.Not able to carry my baby to feed her sometimes. please help

A. Low impact exercises like walking, yoga, or stretching exercises are safe as long as you don't overdo it. You can gradually work your way up to exercises to strengthen your back and abdominal muscles. Practice good posture by sitting and standing straight up, and pay attention to your body position when breastfeeding
