mine daughter is 3 year and 9 month only her height increasing and weight only 15 to 16 kg how should increase milk i give her a complain any other protien powder for weight gain

Hi What are you should be somewhere around 16 KG by the age of four years so as of now your child has appropriate weight and height you are saying is also Progressive so don’t worry about it I think however you are feeding the child is going to love and you giving proteins and all also that’s very good all alone
