milk coming from nose and mouth while sleeping is normal for new born?

A. when the amount of vomiting is in large amount then yes milk can come out from the nasal cavity also due to common pathway between the oral cavity and the nasal cavity

A. No Your child is awake and if your child is having the same thing while your child is awake the milk from nose and mouth it’s okay because that way you know that your child is vomiting but while sleeping if it is happening it’s definitely not healthy
