mi baby is 6 months old..hw many times I should give nestun to her for a day?

One Time is more than enough to begin with and slowly gradually within 3-4 days and introduce second mail to the child wherein you can give other healthy options like vegetable purée or something like that because initially this food is good for introduction but you have to start giving regular home-cooked food to the child
