It is given according to the weight of the child and according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having. Armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever Important to do body sponge and give plenty of fluids to drink to prevent dehydration and decrease body temperature.z Keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever Higher medicines for fever is required or not will be told by the doctor z
