Meri daughter ko last 3 days se fever hai nd due to this usse ulcer bhi ho gye mouth mein….antibiotic and paracetamol dr ne di hai but wo kuch bhi nhi kha rhi hai

A. You can give more of liquid base diet to the child and that is going to be good enough liquid to semisolid diet is going to be good enough for you to use for your child which would be healthy and easy for the child to accept
