meri daughter 3.4 years ki hai 7 days ho gye fever aate hue typhoid and malaria negative aaya hai fever 100 se upr hota hai to paracetamol deti hun kya ye viral fever hi hoga kitne din me viral fever thik hota hai plzzz answer me

A. sir ye normal hai na viral kitne days me thik ho jatta hai

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficia bel too to bring the temperature down .
