meri beti ko loose motion ho gya hai... green color ka motion ho raha hai use... 3-4 times a day currently I am in rajasthan... it's too much heat over here...

Yes due to diet change, climate change ,body heat Loose motions happens.
If you breast feed your baby then take more water fluids for hydration give breast feed frequently every 1.5 -2 hours.
If more than 6-8 Loose watery motions with foul,frothy then Consult Paeditrician.
