meri beti ko khasi or bukar hai, me ushe honitus or crocin deti hun koi problem to nahi hogi, vo abhi 4 year's ki hai, fever 100/9 hota hai.. cough jada hai .

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 5 years old and if she is having coughs and fever then you can give her these two medicine but if fever is constantly there then she needs an antibiotic

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repcteated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibugprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
