A. hello mam 6 years ki age se permanent teeth aane shuru ho jate hain aap baby ke mouth mein chk karoge to pehle permanent teeth sab se piche aate hain and fir aage aate hain. abhi aage ke neeche Wale teeth tutna shuru ho jayenge
