A. hi ji ,pehle to bachche ko breastfeeding de jo bachche ko hydrate rakhta he aur aese infection ko thik krne me help krta he. agar khasi cough wali ho to bachche ko indirect steam inhalation de aur please ek bar apne pediatrician se jrur mile.
