Meri beti 9 month 16 days ki hai.. 90% of the time she remains silent. Play silently or observe anything silently. She babbles very very less. Is this a problem or normal?

Age child responding to which name when you try to talk to your child is your child is making an eye contact listening to you following you if your child is doing all these things that’s completely alright you just should try to communicate more and more with your child so that your child gets more active in terms of talking and
