meri beti 8 months ki hai aur uska saliva hamesha bahar ata rehta hai ...kya yeh ek normal sign hai plz advise

Teething usually creates a mess like this with the child is mostly having saliva or mostly drooling all the time so this is a very common condition to be seen when kids are having their teeth so that is the reason behind it for you can check the gums of your child that is going to clear the picture for you
