Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. ghyalong with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.h steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Read out of the two which ever is suitable for dry cough you can give that to the child it would be totally mentioned on the bottle whether it is for dry cough or wet cough so out of the two whatever is for dry you can go for that
