Supplements ligfke iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can bed given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

Hey Being clean is just a body structure that does not mean that your child is weak or something it is just that your child should have appropriate weight gain and health and height according to the age then it is not an issue but if it is not according to age then you should consult your doctor will advise you with the right kind of diet plan that you should follow
