Mostly, toddlers are fussy and picky eaters and therefore it is important to mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given even in smaller quantities. Try karein ki force feed nahi karein and eating ko fun time banaye. Kiddie bowl or plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range mein serve karein and give in different shapes and colors to make it interesting. Fat and protein rich foods dein like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday. 3 times main meal feed karein and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
