A. hi please do the following things: keep your child well hydrated prepare kadha with warm water, Tulsi leaves, turmeric powder,salt and ginger. give it in 5 tbsp quantity twice in a day. or give mixture of honey and ginger . dress your child in weather appropriate clothes provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
