Brozeet junior or kids can be given to the child as of now this is going to be good in reducing down this issue at the same time since your child is too small I would advise you to check with your doctor as well for sometimes these things can be an allergic reaction so the doctors have to examine to make it more clear what kind of issues your child having on that basis just proceed with what they suggest a child is going to get better relief in less time
