meri baby ka body normal temperature hi hai but sirf head bahut garam hai 1 week se & thoda cold bi hai. I should I do for this. is this ok or should i consult doctor ?

Hot head is normal in babies. This is due to larger head surface area and large number of sweat glands which regulates body temperature. So no need to worry.
For cold stick to home remedy like give steam inhalation to ur baby 2-3 times in a day. Apply baby vicks vaporub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold
