Hi doctor mai ek 2 month old baby boy ki maa hu, normally mera baby every 2 to 3 hours m feed leta h aur raat ko bhi sm every 2/ 3 hours m wo feed leta tha pr 2 dn se baby continue 5 to 6 hours so rha h 3 hours k jagha, baby pura din joyful active rehta h pehle ki tarha hi koi dikkat nhi h even abhi aur jada baby din m active rehta h aur susu potty and khana sb thik h sirf raat ko ek time 5 to 6 hours nind le rha h kya mujhe usko jaga k feed karana chahiye ya koi dikkat h ya kya karna chahiye?
