Worms can be one reason for that you’ve already given medicine the other reasons can be associated with dryness in the skin can also be associated with deficiency of calcium fungal infection and other things also so if you haven’t consulted your doctor yet I suggest you to please do so as that’s going to bring in a better clarity about the reason behind the problem and accordingly you can work on fixing the issue
