A. this is commonly considered as normal as per the age ,for this ,you should not worry it is acceptable for now and this may not require any medicine or treatment .frequently passing motions after meals is generally seen and is normal in children unless it is associated with some chronic infection like amoebiasis or may be indigestion or could be habitual also .so it needs proper assessment to rule out the cause, but if the smell,colour and consistency of the motion is more orless normal and there is no other problem like fever or vomiting you should not worry for now .
you can give probiotic enterogermina probiotic 2 times a day and consult doctor for proper treatment if problem continues.
