young babies don't have fully developed expressive vocabulary.
and they also get angry and become frustrated easily so usually it is normal.
if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything.
though it is hard please stay calm consistent and positive
spend quality time with your child it will help in this.
