A. Mam start eating healthy Nd light. Take 3-4 meals. Aftr 3-4 hrs drink lots of water. Avoid fried junk Nd sugar items start ding excercise. Or yoga or gym. It ll help gradually

Have a healthy diet and avoid fried junk spicy gassy foods and sweets drink lots of water and also start with some light exercise like yoga and gradually make it more intense and also can go for walks do yoga under a professional yoga instructor can do cycling stretching swimming and breathing exercises as well as
