AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You can use nipple shields while feeding the baby. Also massage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. If there is excessive breast milk then you can pump the excess milk using the breast pump. If pain is more then please get evaluated by a doctor.
