cough and cold could be infective  or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve nasal congestion which is of great help and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple times.you can also give sinarest drops .
cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough and only under the guidance of your pediatrician .self medication is not recommended.

बहुत बार ये वातावरण बदलने से भी होता है और काफी बार वायरल इंफेक्शन के वजह से भी होता है।
बच्चे को साधारण गर्म पानी और गर्म दूध भी दे सकते हैं। बच्चे के नाक में सलाइन ड्रॉप्स डाल सकते हैं जिससे नाक की सर्दी और गले की सर्दी और खांसी कम होगी।
सिरप मैक्स्ट्रा 5 ml दिन में दो से तीन बार दे सकते हैं जिससे सर्दी और नाक का पानी और साxधारण खासी में कमी आएगी।
बच्चे को ठंडी लगे तो गर्म कपड़े पहना सकते हैं
बच्चे को अदरक तुलसी हनी का पानी दिया जा सकता है और हल्दी वाला दूध भी थोड़ी मात्रा में दी जा सकती है।
2 से 3 दिन में ठीक ना हो तो डॉक्टर से मिलिए .
