mere beti 2yrs 9months ki hai. use kal sham ko fever aya hai. 99.4 aajsubaha 4 baje 5ml(dolopar) Paracitamol diya. 99tha.fir, fever kam hua. fir,12 baje fir se 5 ml Paracitamol drops diya. abhi fever 97.5 hai. sirf fever h...sardi khasi,thand nahi hai. khana pina,poop, khelkud normal hai. kya use kal,hospital lekar jau? aaj Sunday tha to hospital band hai. please suggest

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required flike ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.hg
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
