Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. fever it is usually because of any infection for which the cause needs to be diagnosed only aftey clinical examination so please consult your doctor then you can continue to give paracetamol 3 times a day

Sinarist 3ML twice a day for 3 to 5 days maximum you can give also going to advise you to start doing cold sponging on the entire body immediately because the fever is really on the higher side specially do it behind the knees that will help in reducing down the temperature at the faster pace
