mere bete ko fever 5 hours me hi repeat ho ja raha to kya main use bhukhar.ki dawa khila sakti.hum

A. yes the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out fxor at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water. higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.

A. It is a nature of the fever to repeat in 4 to 5 hours if your child is getting it it’s not a problem again after six hours you can repeat the paracetamol with regular medication if you do not see that the fever has subsided within maximum time of 72 hours then you can go ahead with further assessment with your doctor
