mere bache ko 2 din pehle fever huwa tha kal uska 1st birthday hai, par uska sara activity band hai, sirf so raha aur ro raha hai

Its Just to do the medicines that your child is sleeping because the medicines have a good amount of paracetamol into it and your child is crying due to irritation because your child is not able to have anything so that’s a very common thing in normal days continue with the medicines and try to give more of liquid diet to the child
