mere baby ko har 1 der mahine main cough or fever hota hai.weight vi nahi barte hai jyada.abhi 12 kg hai.pls suggest main kya karu?khana vi achchi taran nahi khata.

Its Due to weak immune system and some kind of an allergy that your child may be having which is why your child is falling sick every now and then try to figure out the kind of allergies your child is suffering from you can go ahead with an allergy test after consulting the doctor
