Hello ma’am start with Himalaya Bonnie spaz You can give this medicine 3 to 4 times in a day maximum 10 drops or 1ML what ever is more convenient to you. It is one of the best medicine for colic pain that you can come across to start giving this medicine and your problem will be solved
