Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if you are babies 1 year in 4 months old is having fever for now you can give Paracetamol to the child and it can be given after 6 hours again if required

Hello ma’am You can give paracetamol to your child and you can repeat it every eight hours are basically three times in a day with a gap of eight hours you can give this medicine maximum for 2 to 3 Days and if the fever subsides completely it’s fine otherwise you will have to see your paediatrician ones
