mere baby ko fever hai 24 hour ho gye hai maine metafenamic acid and percetamol suspension diya hai jab tak medicine ka asr rhta hai fevr thik ho jata hai lekin fir se vapis aarha ha kya kru

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you cgan give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be aggain repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
