POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 months agoA. If your 9-month-old baby has a fever, first check the temperature using a thermometer. If it's above 100.4°F (38°C), you can give infant paracetamol (as per your doctor’s dosage advice) to reduce the fever. Keep your baby hydrated with breast milk, formula, or small sips of water. Dress the baby in light clothing and avoid heavy blankets. Monitor for other symptoms like cough, cold, rash, irritability, or if the baby is unusually sleepy. If the fever lasts more than 2 days, is very high, or if your baby shows any warning signs, consult your pediatrician immediately.
